I am overjoyed to now be in possession of a Spanish Visa after only a few short weeks and am so glad to call the SF based Consulate my regional office. After working with different countries (Germany, Argentina) through this process I cannot tell you what a gift it has been to work with Blanca. She has been consistent and patient in walking me through all of this to a successful outcome, understanding my pressing needs, and directing me on next steps. I will never forget the conversation we had outside (Covid restrictions) as I described my personal situation and handed over my documents. Public service is a calling, and she clearly has been called to help people like us navigate unchartered waters.
