I paid a bill that was not submitted to the correc...

I paid a bill that was not submitted to the correct insurance address , therefore paying full price for necessary appointments.
I had to personally investigate why these charges were not accepted or even SENT to my insurance.
I was told by Hillcrest billing to call my insurance and figure what happened myself.
After 4 phone calls on my day off today, I have been told that they have had the wrong address for billing this whole time.
I love my doctor, but Hillcrest billing is incompetent.

I was just told on the phone I would have my reimbursed money for Black Friday . Estimated refund around august or September. I am out $800 due to staff unwilling to be detail oriented. Treat your patients better and train your billing staff to do their jobs appropriately.
