Absolutely TERRIBLE company to "try" and work with! It took nearly THREE MONTHS to have underwriting decline our loan based on ONE document (401k) terms of withdrawal! We have NEVER been declined a loan before! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I believe many of the good (5 star) reviews are somehow related to the company or have been paid for.
