Their ability to give you a quote for a procedure ...

Their ability to give you a quote for a procedure is horribly inaccurate. They also don't care that the bill for a standard procedure is quoted at a quarter of the actual cost. It's not like they had a wild variation in what was needed. Everything went as planned which would make me assume that the quote would be in the ballpark but it was way out of the field.

UPDATE: Received a call from someone working with the hospital and the response we got was, "There is nothing that can be done, the hospital can charge whatever it wants." Keep that in mind when deciding what hospital to use.
