From the moment we read about Chesapeake Homes we fell in love with their home designs. We visited the site and several model homes and asked a thousand questions before we decided that the Azalea in Kingfisher Pointe was the perfect model home for us. We signed our contract and began the process of building our home just how we wanted it. Nicole and Alexis were our home specialists at Kingfisher Pointe and let me tell you, they do their job!!! We asked them so many questions and any time they didn't know the answer, they would find out and get back to us very quickly. They are the best at their job!! If i could give them both a raise i would!! William and Talisa were the Superintendents who over saw the construction of our home and they also did a phenomenal job at building our home. Its important to note that as it is a construction site their will be some mistakes made during the process, the important thing to know though is that they were taken care of quickly and correctly! They live by their motto of building your home to 100% and follow through on anything that was written in your contract and designed at the design gallery with Stephanie, who is also a great person to work with. She is very knowledgeable and informative as well!! We have now lived in our home for a week and we can't say anything negative about Chesapeake Homes, They have delivered what they promised us!! A beautiful home designed to our liking! What this builder has that other builders lacked was a great team from the moment you walk into their model homes, you are great by friendly and knowledgeable Home specialists like Nicole and Alexis and they treat you like you are family. What really sealed in the deal for us was just how friendly everyone was and how customizable you can make your home. We highly recommend Chesapeake Homes if you are thinking about building a home!! You will not regret it!!! We absolute love our new home! Thanks again Chesapeake Homes, Nicole, Alexis, William and Talisa!!!
