Being frustrated for past few months with my bills...

Being frustrated for past few months with my bills not being sent on time. Every time I call customer service they tell me oh your billing cycle has changed...it s been getting changed since May??. Plus bill has doubled in amount. What s going on EPCOR? Not only me so many people I know that use your service has the same issue.
