Great clubs, great instructors, great trainers and...

Great clubs, great instructors, great trainers and good facilities. The desk staff has always been courteous and respectful. But I cannot say anything good about the new fitness and class coordinators. Just a few weeks before Christmas they terminated two of the finest trainers and class instrucors the club ever had: PCM and LP. These ladies were truly club advocates, were very professional and treated their clients and students with compassion. I do not know what their infractions were but management could have discussed it with them, point out the infractions and give them a time period to correct them. Instead, they were fired just weeks before Christmas tacky, tacky, behavior on the part of certain coordinators. My advice to gym members: do not become too reliant on your trainers and class instructors because one day will be there and be gone the next.
