We purchased 2 trailers here, after the financing process was complete the salesman disappeared and left us waiting for 3 hours. Nobody knew who we were or what we even purchased. It took another hour to sort this out. If you are looking for good customer service, this is not the place. If I could give zero stars I would, expect I have to give props to the kid who installed the hitch and made up for the sales representatives incompetence.
