I bought a pair of THEO glasses with the awesome help from Van last year. These frames are worth every dollar. Recently I had one of the temples twisted like a "noodle" from having a car seat fold down on them. I thought for sure they would not be repairable and started to look at a replacement pair. Well, to my complete surprise one of the staff members ( sorry forgot her name) was able to repair that twisted arm back to it's original shape. This is a true testament to the quality of the frame and the extremely well trained staff. Thank you everyone!
