Crossfit Amrap is literally my happy place. Its where I go to escape the stressors of life and have fun while staying healthy. I love the coaches, programming and the community. I have been a member for almost 6 years and I'm happy to say that at 42 I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life! I can do things now that I could never do before like real push-ups, pull-ups, heavy squats and I can run faster than ever before. This place is my life line!
