My Overall Experience could have been better. I feel that your company should re-evaluate the Certified Inspection process. I purchased a CPO 328i xDrive which required an unexpected alignment. The staff was very pleasant, especially Kenneth Swezea. After already waiting on my vehicle for almost two hours, I was informed that there was a need for an additional two more hour wait time. At that point, I requested a loaner vehicle and after much effort on Kenneth s part, I was denied a loaner car by the Sales Manager ( Greg). BMW of Nashville has Strong Potential to offer an overall great customer experience, please consider this review, going forward.
