Shaike took care of the catering for my sister's wedding, a whole weekend in the Hilton Miami hotel and I was so delighted to deal personally with Chef Shaike because the way he took care of the fete was exemplary, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Shaike was very helpful in understanding my family's needs and was able to manage every detail of the weekend. For example, he has set up a 24 hour tea room throughout the weekend, so that guests can take food whenever they want. Shaike always gives us more than what we have in the contract. The presentation was magnificent and the flavors really won me over and my family was very impressed with the Chateaubriand meat which reminds me of my home. It has always been very easy to contact them, by email and by phone and the responses have always been quick. I wish you all the best and thank you very much for everything you have done for me.
