the room is nice, the fo, security, and housekeeping staffs are nice, but some restaurant staff were not too friendly on the 26 nov night.
however, the floor of the room and the corridor are weird. It feels like you are walking on a board instead of a concrete path.
the food selections on the buffet were nice, however the taste are just fine.
the meeting room was also good, but the glass were quite smell, just like damp cloth smell.
the swimming pool was quite huge, although it is Novotel's swimming pool.
