Lovely clean rooms. I would have gave 5 stars but we ordered a double bed and got two singles and we were told while we were out that the bed would be made into a double around 5pm and when we went out and arrived back this still hadn t been done at 11pm so we had to call down again. We didn t get an apology and I would have left a lower star review only that Michele and the staff in the restaurant were outstanding, friendly and hard working and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, as a business owner I was not impressed by the reception staff. We were not asked how our stay was or if we had enjoyed our stay upon checking out. I would expect a lot more from the Hilton as a reputable brand. The food was excellent and service by the cleaning and restaurant staff. It s a shame that the reception staff were not at the standard of the other staff members we encountered at the hotel. Definitely needs improvement!! The rooftop bar views, cocktails and staff are fabulous I would highly recommend paying the rooftop bar a visit. The Hilton taxi boat service was great and at 8.50 Euro s per person this was great for the duration of our stay which was 4 days. Always on time and friendly staff. The building is phenomenal and I love the pictures around the restaurant of how the building used to look before renovation and the history.
