This company overbooks the installers, and the salesperson who measured did not take time to find out some structural changes would need to be made for undermount sink installation. Even though the installer was running late, he did an excellent job of raising and leveling the countertop to accommodate our dishwasher. If he had not been running late, he had the skills to undermount the sink. In reading the reviews, I feel fortunate that counters look good but I am stuck with a drop in sink and Stone Systems blames our cabinet structure and an experienced cabinet builder said structure should been easily adapted. For that reason I cannot recommend this company or recommend buying countertops from Home Depot.
