We recently wore a Fitbit bracelet purchased there, which had broken down during the warranty period. The store clerks (specifically Alberto, the technician) have treated us wonderfully, issuing a check for the value of the bracelet to exchange it for any product that was in stock (this because the model was already discontinued and could not give us a new one).

The negative is always criticized in matters of this type, but it is acceptable to indicate that they have treated us very well, giving us all the necessary facilities. So I can only say that the after-sales service has been excellent.
