Seattle BMW (and Rick Arendt in particular) was great to work with! We ordered our new 2018 440xi Convertible for European Delivery (ED) - Rick was great about calling ED when there were questions and making sure to get us the answers we needed quickly. The ordering process was seamless and we not only got a beautiful car we have amazing memories of us driving through Germany and Italy in our new car. It arrived in Seattle yesterday and they had it ready for us to pick up later that afternoon. Bravo!!!
