Would not recommend. Looking for a straight W2, cash-out refi, was rushed into a rate lock the day after application was submitted and paid $500 deposit. This was on 6-18-21 we re now in August with no signs of closing or communication as to when, multiple emails gone unanswered. Their processor has made multiple mistakes asking for forms already in their possession or requesting documents that do not exist (ever) or are unrelated.
