I have an urgent airbag recall on my 4Runner so I called and they transferred me to Tansky Toyota a few weeks ago. I was told by Mia in service they were ordering my airbag. After a few weeks I heard nothing so I called back and spoke to Mia again for her to tell me they never ordered my airbag. I guess no big deal it s only life threatening if it deploys. Mia is the absolute worst customer service person I have ever spoke to. It sounds like she sleeping when she answers the phone, she never addressed me by name and its apparent she hates her job. It makes me feel very uneasy taking my vehicle to this dealership. I might call another dealership to fix this recall issue.
