Damaged goods and appalling follow-up service. I ordered a desk in November 2019 which was scheduled for delivery in December and confirmed by telephone. On the appointed delivery day nothing arrived so I rang the following day and was told that there was a problem with the legs so delivery would now be around Jan 7th. Jan 7th came and went and I received conflicting delivery dates from Furniture at work and their delivery company indicating a lack of communication between the two. When the desk arrived I signed for it and then noticed that it was damaged but because I'd signed the driver wouldn't take it back. Because it was the underside of the desk I decided that I would assemble it anyway and I was in need of a desk to use but it didn't assemble correctly. The saga has continued and I've said I'll keep the desk, modify it so I can use it, and requested a partial refund for the damage and assembly issue. Three months on I still haven 't received a response
