Room air-condition was not working well in our 4th floor room, they moved us down to the 3rd floor after we make some fuss but still the room air condition is not what we wanted, couldn't be bother to buzz them again as i think they were running with a minimum chiller for a cost reduction during low period but at the expense of their guest comfort and satisfaction, our kids enjoy the swimming at their large variety pool and staff from front office, maintenance and pool counter must improve their hospitality atitude they need more energy to smile and greetings the customer as to what the hospitality is all about. I don't feel welcome to this place. Its not a complaint but it is my thought as customer. Thank you
