Horrible experience with this hotel. Overcharged on our stay and they refused to honor our rate. We arrived late around 2 am due to flight issues, they checked us into an already occupied room. Not to mention we walked to the room with our 2 kids in a stroller, no elevators. Had to walk all the way back, its a fairly large property with limited sidewalks. Breakfast is $5 per person and you only get 3 items!! Horrible chstomer service. We will not ever stay here again. Their management team promised us they would honor our room rate over the phone, but when we got there, it was a completely different story. The front desk associates are rude and ignore you if they dont want to talk to you.
