Called over a year ago in panic due to fact I work from home and Comcast kept cutting out on me, after 4 tech visits later and threatens of termination. I found wow, and very grateful I did. Efficient, fast and professional. Only problem was with modem in first few weeks after becoming customer and sent tech over asap to switch out. Very grateful to be working and thankful to wow for such great internet service that it is possible.
