I adopted my precious Jack Russell terrier + miniature pinscher mix from there and the woman who helped me (I never got her name) was wonderful.

I work Monday-Friday and on my (3) different visits during the week, the dogs had all been adopted, so she advised me to show up early on Saturday. They open at 10am, but they put the sign-up sheet out at 9am, so I got there at 8am and was the first on the list. She happened to be working that day and took extra special care of me because she knows how hard I had been trying to find a dog to adopt. And on my 4th visit that week, I found him!

Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff. I highly, highly recommend coming here.
