If I could give them a 0/5 I would. To make things short, they are a management company who does absolutely no managing. I live in 2604 and have had to leave my apartment twice without compensation for them to re-do the floors. I also signed a lease for August 2013 and couldn't move in until November. Every time you have an issue and try to call, they either don't answer, say they're going to call you back and never do, or just ignore you.
