I've been a customer for my entire adult life and never received a disconnect notice or warning prior to them shutting my electric off. My service was disconnected..no one came to the door or provided any option to pay prior to disconnect. I paid the bill immediately and the Wonderful customer service rep (that's a joke) and the supervisor Judy told me it could be up to 9p. The following day that it would be turned on. THEY COULDVE CARED LESS about the fact that its winter and were not willing in the least to contact anyone to see if the service would be cut on so that I could make arrangements for the animals and kids staying in my house to be in a warm environment. It's sad companies like this have a monopoly and we have no other services to choose from because I definitely wouldnt use their service.
