Sad I have to give 1 star. I placed an order April 29th with a date for May 5th. Still received NOTHING multiple calls and emails. Finally get an actual person to email me back. I was supposed to get a REFUND then I get a email stating it partially shipped which it DID NOT ONLY A LABEL WAS MADE. I literally attached every email I have sent since May 5th along with call logs . Then I'm told to request a RA and print a shipping label when I get the item. I asked which Item was shipped hoping it wasn't the empty speaker box. Hoping it was the speakers, nope I get a reply it was the empty box and now I'm supposed to jump through hoops to get my money back after I been requesting a refund for over 2 weeks. I can NEVER no matter the time of day get a person to answer the phone. There is only a label made the item hasn't left the Warehouse yet. Cancel it and just give me my money back already!!!! You already ruined a birthday surprise but I guess you are ruining a father's day also.
