The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is that most of the technicians and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it only takes a rotten apple or two to spoil the bunch. I won't go into detail, but I'll say this: if you get rid of a certain technician that is rude and cold, that would be an excellent start. Look at your reviews and you will see why, for a lot of them, that is why they gave you 1 star.
