Crisis have helped me in many ways, especially when I couldn't afford my Duke Energy bill. I am thankful for the people who helped me in the homebound program. They were very kind, compassionate, understanding and had excellent customer service skills. I wasn't able to come into office to apply with the large crowds of people. Due to my white blood cell counts dropping drastically after chemotherapy treatments. God bless Crisis Assistance Ministry for helping me and so many people in the city of Charlotte North Carolina.
