I applied to have my birth record, attaching a copy of my mother's document and her proxy.
I go with my husband to the archive where a lady tells me without even looking at the signature on my mother's document that I HAVE PRODUCED A FAKE PROXY BECAUSE HER SAYING THE WRITING WAS THE SAME AS MY SIGNATURE.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
I asked the reason for such a serious accusation and asked to be able to speak to the medical director about the unfortunate matter.
Eventually I had to call my mother and pass it on to a manager to explain that the proxy was not false.
My mother was even asked why instead of coming in person she did the delegation, she had to explain that she is old and has difficulty walking ... that is, embarrassing.
Since the medical records must be kept for an UNLIMITED time, I would really like to see if they can find it or what ...
EMBARRASSING.

I had a copy of my birth chart which seemed incomplete and with errors. Not finding my name written anywhere and not even the number of the bracelet or birth tag, I then asked for explanations and requested a copy of the certificate of assistance to the birth of the midwife.
To this day I still await the requested document, the only answer I got is that they only have my birth record. I asked for the certificate of assistance to the birth of the midwife also from the ASL, in the Registry and in the Prefecture and nobody seems to have it. If it has been lost or destroyed I would like to know.

What should I think?
