very disappointed in the whole process. called the pre-admit number, who told me that intakes are done M-F, 830-530 and its walkin only, first come first serve. I took my daughter there about 345, where the lady practically laughed at me..saying their office closes at 5, and intakes are by apt. only. so made an apt for the following week, taking time off work. sign in, fill out the paperwork, give her everything she asked for and then waited. only for her to call me back up, to tell me "oh we cant see your daughter here, you need to go across the hall" go across the hall, to then be told.." well we can get her in, in about 2-3 wks. needless to say, we walked out and will be going elsewhere.
