Hotel was very good. Your booking system was terrible. In the end I had to pay for an extra room that I had not booked but you were able to prove that I had made a mistake and refused to refund me. This was a month in advance of staying with you. You then sold that room to another customer as well. Sharp practice. Very sharp practice. Other customers beware.
Also you then tried to charge another person in our group for a second room he had not booked but luckily he had not paid in advance, however it did not stop your people trying hard to make him pay. To do it once is perhaps unintentional but to do it twice that I know of makes it look like policy.
