Inner-Tech, Inc is a commercial GC in Raleigh NC and we have worked with Martin for 3 decades. Blaine Youngquist took over our account about 120 days ago. Details make or break technical scope such as doors and hardware and Blaine truly shines. Estimates, Contracts, PO's & Change Orders are handled as if Inner-Tech is Blaine's only customer.
