The approval process was a breeze even though my husband's credit wasn't the best. The vehicle we picked was awesome. New Roads and dealership's communication wasn't that great. We went to the dealership and picked out our vehicle on Monday. We had to change our car insurance policy a couple times but that only takes a couple of minutes with progressive. Long story short the check didn't get sent until Thursday evening. Today is Friday and they ironically asked for a review and we still don't have our vehicle. Hopefully we get our vehicle sometime this afternoon or early evening.
