Asda Sittingbourne. I put a comment in book at customer service on the 10th August about broken( unusable strap) on the child's disabled trolley, didn't hear anything, went into store today, 6th September and the trolly is still broken! Store manager sent another manager over to talk to me! This Manager was condasending and couldn't really be bothered! His response was, well a new manager has started so he is just finding his feet !!! He also said, " we don't have someone sitting at a desk writing letters !! HELLO ASDA, This is a health and safety issue !!! This Manager walked away without even looking at said trolley. I have taken photos of broken trolley, if nothing has been done about it by Friday 8th September, I will upload photos to multy media . Asda need to work on customer service or even customer awearness !! Disgusting complasency .
