We spent the past 2.5 years in a Reilly Property in the Forest Hill Historic District. We moved into it sight unseen from Minneapolis, MN. The staff at Reilly did everything they could to answer our questions and comfort our fears prior to our move. The Video walk-through they posted went a long way toward giving us assurances that we were moving into a very clean and well appointed space. To be honest, I was worried that "Historic" was just a euphemism for "old", but I could not have been more wrong. Everyone who visited us in our home would remark at how beautiful it was.

Reilly had purchased a historic home that needed quite a bit of TLC to restore it to original condition. They intended to finish renovations in the winter and allow occupancy in the spring, but because I had to start my new job in January, they allowed us to move in early. For the things that needed attention, the Reilly staff were always courteous and at our home quickly; and everything was fixed to OUR satisfaction. Furthermore, during the Central AC installation that first summer, Reilly installed additional AC vents in the rooms where WE wanted them. I don't know any rental company that would allow a renter to influence the installation of a capital improvement like Central Air Conditioning.

Property owners should rest easy if there is a Reilly Rental in their neighborhood.
