The initial consultation was great. The consultant listened to my opinions and helped find the perfect wedding dress for me. It was a little over the budget I provided her with and that was frustrating, but I did love the dress so I purchased. A few months later (in February) I decided to order 3 bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids from this store. I paid in full for the dresses and the shop said they would place the order the next day because they were closing soon. I was told they would be in between the 1st and 10th of May. May 14th rolled around and I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on the dresses. Come to find out Bridal Elegance NEVER ORDERED MY DRESSES. They just took the payment and never placed the order. Keep in mind this was just one month before my wedding. The shop owner contacted me to offer alternative dresses that looked nothing like my original ones. In addition, no sympathy was shown and no discount was offered for their mistakes. I cannot believe the lack of respect this place showed me and warn you against purchasing anything from this store.
