I came across Anderson Rose when they were acting as agents for the vendor of a flat we bought. Always clear they were acting for the seller, AR was transparent and I experienced non of the chicanery that seems to be systemic in the case of so many estate agents. When the interests of their client and ours overlapped AR pulled out all the stops to ease through a deal that could so easily have derailed.

When we later came to rent out the same flat we put it in the hands of Anderson Rose which delivered exactly what was promised. We would not hesitate to buy/sell let/rent through these guys.
