I would like to yo thank Gonda at customer service for excellent service. She went out of her way to source a set of dinner plates for me and even picked them up from N1 City on her way to work, so that I could collect them from the Waterfront store. When I needed a few more plates she phone around and had them delivered to me. She took initiative, was friendly and most helpful. Thank you Gonda you are an asset to Pick a Pay.
