We had a great experience and love our new closet from Artisan! Andrea L was fantastic to work with. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. She gave us a lot of recommendations and tips that other companies never mentioned. She was also very open to our input and changes, always willing to adapt the design based on our thoughts - but also honest with us to point out the pros & cons.

We appreciated the 3D rendering of the closet design to help visualize what it would look like (surprisingly, not every closet company does this). The whole process was efficient and smooth. The installers were also professional and barely left a trace after the job.

We would strongly recommend Artisan and especially Andrea!
