I have received service at Mackenzie for many year...

I have received service at Mackenzie for many years. broken bones, minor surgery, and currently, chemotherapy were the issues.
In every case I was treated in a timely professional manner, to my complete satisfaction.
For this facility to carry such a low rating is ridiculous.
May the dissenters have better luck elsewhere.
