The care in the Sociosanitario is deplorable. We had to remove our family member because the treatment is outrageous. The doctor on the third floor never worries about anything, gives the wrong prescriptions and makes inappropriate comments. Nurses and aides spend the day looking at their cell phones on the counter and talking about nails and false eyelashes while older people yell for a ride to the bathroom or for food or pick up. They keep them in bed all day so they don't have to worry. The physiotherapy service is terrible, there is a single physiotherapist for 100 patients, those who are lucky dedicate 5 minutes to them. The catering they serve is unhealthy, stale bread, green fruit, etc.
It is really immoral that such a service is allowed. They would have to carry out an inspection.
