Largely a positive experience, with a couple of "niggles":
* the 'availability' calendar is quite useful - until certain slots on certain evenings are filled. Attempts to let potential students know which slots are still available (by adding exact times) are treated as suspect messages, so am unsure if the info finally gets there.
* it isn't made clear enough that I expect students to travel to me; leading to misunderstandings and "no match"
* I don't like being asked to tout for feedback - so I don't - ever.
I am, however, happy to remain on the site, as I receive plenty of work from it. (I've just had to deactivate my account for the moment).
