I have requested a tax invoice by e-mail for 2 wee...

I have requested a tax invoice by e-mail for 2 weeks and I have not received it even now. I don't answer the phone. Zero in all respects! At the end of the lease after full payment for a month, they did not send us the documents and they did not do it if we did not contact them, to find out that an additional request must be sent. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU ???
