I'm a little perturbed. Recently they altered my bus route without my knowledge and now it takes nearly 10-15 minutes longer to get to work. I depend on getting to work at a certain time so I can catch the bus on time once I clock out. The route to work is longer and comes in contact with way more traffic, and the same can be said for the outbound route. The new outbound route goes right through the heart of downtown orlando instead of taking robinson st. out the side, avoiding so much traffic. I feel like I'm tacking on a couple extra hours on to work without getting paid because of the time it takes to commute just 7 miles each way to and from work/home. I had a perfect thing going with Lynx, and the schedule was to the minute. Everything was working like a well oiled machine, but now I find myself cutting lunch early so I can make up the time just to catch a ride before rush hour gets so horribly congested it takes twice as long to get home. Definitely disappointed, and I hope this is temporary.
