Inadequate facilities for disabled at orchestra level. The " disabled - handicapped stalls"cannot be accessed when there are long lines blocking access.
The only " real disabled - handicapped -bathroom" was changed to a family room. Which actually is supposed to be so a helper can go in and help a handicapped person. There is no handicapped placate and everyone uses it when there are long lines. They claim it is for children to have privacy. That is ridiculous and not required by law. There is inadequate handicapped parking as well. There must be some kind of regulations based on venue size. I would say Broward center fails on their desire to help the handicapped. I have contacted them many times on this with no response that makes any sense. Kravis has more then adequate facilities. Broward needs to really re think this. PS the new Kravis Center puts Broward to shame... The valet parking is amazing. More then enough dsabled parking
Broward appears to e seeking children as its main audience with places to change diapers
