Very poor service. Incident first reported first week of July and its now November and i am still waiting for any information.
Communication is extremely poor. Apparently i was going to receive payment in 5 working days, this was at the beginning of October! My bike has still not been repaired. Its got to the stage where i am chasing the third party. Very frustrating experience from start to ....well not yet finished!
