They do not double check your orders. Called me for pick up, took half an hour to bring my order and packed the ring directly, I insisted to check the size and realized it is a wrong size.
The lady was very rude and was not willing to explain me anything, she did not have a proper training. The manager was polite, however nobody apologized for their mistake.
If you are running tight on time, not the best place to shop.

Update after 3 months
They ordered the same wrong size ring for 3 times now and I finally decided to cancel my order and bought a similar ring online for cheaper price, better quality, faster delivery and perfect fit. Feel stupid not doing so before.
