Very traumatic experience! !!! We had to wait almost 4 hours with our heavily bleeding son (9 months old) at the emergency help! I heard from a nurse that there are other sick people than my son. Abnormally unprofessional, arrogant staff. I was in hospital and I was terribly afraid of my baby's life!
