Absolute joke of a company. Wattbike atom! 2nd bike multiple engineer visits. Now their team seem to think they can t receive my emails. Stalling tactics.
Just collect this bike and refund my money.

Do not buy an atom bike! Useless!



I was really looking forward to using my atom but the experience has been horrific and the support is the worst I ve ever experienced!

Tried with all these apps

Wattbike app - Useless - Can t hold a consistent wattage and erg mode doesn t work!

Zwift - Due to wattage dropouts and the bike spins out when you ramp up the power in a race or group ride means its useless for zwift. And Erg mode for training is non existent!

Trainer Road - Same as above.

Complete rip off.

If this was an iPhone, it would be as bad as not being able to make a call. Its that bad!
